Returns Policy

​Can I return my item?​

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any of our printed/personalised products (this includes tees, sweatshirts, makeup bags etc) as they are all made to order and personalised. Please double check all sizing and order details before checking out.​ However, our ‘Lauren Loves’ accessories which are not made to order (necklaces, scarves, hair accessories etc) may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. All items being returned must be unworn, in new condition and in their original packaging. Please note that earrings must be returned in their original unopened and sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

What if my item is faulty?

On the rare occasion that you receive a faulty item we sincerely apologise for that, but if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your product we will replace your item for you.​
