How long will it take to make my item?
We aim to make all orders within 15 working days of purchase, in busier periods it may be slightly longer. However if you have a more urgent order please do get in touch with us as we will always do our best to meet your deadline!
How long does delivery take?
We use Royal Mail and post all items using a tracked 48 hour service so this can arrive within a couple of days after we post your item, but it is not guaranteed

Am I able to order an item that’s not listed on the Impress website?
Depending on the design you’re after that’s usually no problem at all! We can make personalised items such as Hen Do tees, Birthday tees or even just a tee with a slogan of your choice as well as so much more. Just get in touch to let us know what it is you’re after and we will do our best to help
Can I return my item?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any of our printed/personalised products (this includes tees, sweatshirts, makeup bags etc) as they are all made to order/personalised in your chosen size/colour. Please double check all sizing and order details before checking out.
What if my item is faulty?
On the rare occasion that you receive a faulty item we sincerely apologise for that, if you contact us within 14 days of receiving your product we will happily resolve this for you.

How much do you charge for postage?
We always try to keep postage costs to a minimum, we use Royal Mail tracked 48 service and postage costs are based on the value of your order.

Orders up to £16 – £3.00
Orders between £16.01 & £50 – £5.00
Orders between £50.01 & £75 – £6.50
Orders between £75.01 & £100 – £8.50 postage
Orders over £100 – FREE postage
We do also have a click and collect option available on all orders. If you choose this option at checkout you will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to collect, we can then arrange a suitable time for collection from Uppingham or Oakham.
What are the washing instructions for Impress Rutland clothing?
For the majority of our decorated clothing…
FOR BEST RESULTS: Wash inside out at 30°C, air dry & iron on reverse. Don’t worry we won’t judge you if you don’t iron! DO NOT tumble dry.
For our gold or silver leopard patterned vinyl we recommend washing inside out at 30°C on a wool cycle (do not use fabric conditioners/stain removers etc), air dry & cool iron on reverse. DO NOT tumble dry.
